Here at Staged Homes by MAC we offer you the ability to book an appointment with us to discuss your needs for your project. If you need services in less than 7 days please make note of that when booking. Please fill out the form in it's entirety so that we can be properly prepared to give you the correct information and be as efficient as possible to save you time.

Our Consultation
Staging Consultation
For a staging consultation your stager will arrive
at the appointed time and ask you a few
questions before walking through your
property with you . You will need to have a pen
and some paper to take notes of the action items that your stager gives you to do to prepare for photos (unless you want us to take all the notes and send it to you via email after the appoint). Your stager will be taking photos of your home as you both walk through. This consultation could take up to 2
hours depending on what is needed. Your stager will also show you pictures of how certain areas of your home should look...i.e. your bedding on each bed. If you decide that you want your stager to forward you and your realtor all action items and photo examples that were given to prepare your listing to go live, we can do so for an additional fee. We offer accessory packages in case you need your property "fluffed" for pictures and viewings.

For up to 90 days we can bring in all the fluff for your home to prepare it for photos and viewings. This will include pictures on how things need to look everyday for when potential buyer come to view your home. Pricing is based on the listing price of the property.

Our vacant staging packages include furniture & all the "fluff" needed to make your property stand out for up to 90 days. We offer special realtor and investor
pricing. All pricing is based on the price point of the home and the rooms needing to be staged. Our base pricing includes the livingroom, dining room, kitchen, primary bedroom, primary bathroom, & guest bathroom. If you have addtional rooms let us know and we will ge you pricing to complete your custom staging package.
